WICA 2018 Annual Convention On The Horizon

Excitement is building for the WICA 2018 Annual Convention in Wailea, Hawaii. Convention begins Sunday, September 16 and ends on Tuesday, September 18. As convention draws near convention attendees should have received updated convention details highlighting the schedule of events, the attendee list, weather, transportation options and more via email.

For those attending the WICA 2018 Annual Convention please double check all attendee list to confirm that you are registered for the events you are planning to attend. If you find that you are not listed as an attendee for an event you intended to register for or if your name is listed for an event you are not planning to attend please email Sarah Hill at sarah@wica1.com or contact the WICA office.

Will you need rental clubs? The Annual Convention Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, September 17 at the Wailea Golf Club. Rental clubs can be booked in advance through the WICA office. Standard rental club sets start at $60 + tax while premium sets cost $75 + tax. Premium sets feature a selection from all major club makers while standard sets are TaylorMade M2s. To make your rental club reservation, please email Sarah Hill at sarah@wica1.com. If you do not reserve rental clubs in advance, the course will do its best to accommodate your request day of, but no guarantees can be made. Payment for rental clubs will be made directly to the course the day of the tournament.

President’s Dinner will feature a Black & White Theme. We request that all attendees wear black and/or white resort casual attire. The dinner will be held in the Grand Dining Room at the Grand Wailea Resort.
